Apply to Ashley’s House
If you or someone you know is seeking a safe, supportive recovery living environment, you are welcome to complete the initial application for Ashley’s House directly on this page.
Our goal is to make this process clear, respectful, and centered on helping each person succeed in early recovery. The questions in this application help us understand your needs, strengths, and readiness so we can determine whether Ashley’s House is a good fit and, if not, help connect you with appropriate resources.
We recognize that some of the questions ask about personal experiences, including substance use, mental health, legal involvement, and family circumstances. Thank you for your honesty. We understand that sharing this information can feel difficult, and we approach every application with care, dignity, and respect. Your responses are used only to support safety, fairness, and the well being of everyone in the home.
To begin, please complete the application at the end of this page.
