Our Commitment to Recovery in Western Wisconsin
Peer Perspective Inc. was founded with a simple purpose: to strengthen the recovery network across Western Wisconsin and create a safe, structured place where women can rebuild their lives with dignity, support, and hope.
We are grateful to share that this vision is coming to life. We have secured a multi-family home in River Falls that will become Ashley’s House, our supportive recovery residence. This space will offer stability, community, and the foundation needed for long-term healing. We anticipate opening on January first, and we will continue to update the community as we move forward.
Why Ashley’s House Matters
Western Wisconsin has long lacked recovery housing options for women and families. Without safe, stable, supportive environments, the journey toward recovery becomes much harder.
Ashley’s House will help address this gap by offering:
• A stable home where women can focus on their recovery
• Peer support from individuals with lived experience
• A structured environment that encourages growth, accountability, and long-term success
This is more than housing. It’s a chance for women to start again with a community that truly believes in them.
Our Vision for Ashley’s House
With the home secured, we are now building a recovery-focused environment that empowers women to take ownership of their futures.
Safe and Supportive Environment
A welcoming, substance-free home designed to promote safety, comfort, and healing. Each room will be thoughtfully furnished to create an atmosphere of stability and peace.
Peer-Led Support
Consistent encouragement, groups, and one-on-one support from trained peers who understand the realities of recovery and walk alongside residents through each step.
Structured Programming
Residents will have access to life skills development, budgeting and job readiness support, parenting resources, recovery groups, counseling partnerships, and wellness activities. The program emphasizes routines, personal growth, and long-term independence.
Family-Centered Focus
Ashley’s House will support women with young children, creating a space where mothers can heal while staying connected with their kids. Family-friendly areas and supports will help strengthen bonds and create stability for the entire household.
Program Expectations
To maintain a supportive and consistent environment, residents will be expected to:
• Maintain sobriety
• Engage in peer support and program activities
• Share household responsibilities
• Work toward employment, education, and personal goals
• Follow curfew and accountability check-ins
These expectations help create the structure needed for lasting recovery and healthy routines.
